Home Care Assistant
We seek dedicated Carers who are passionate about delivering exceptional
care. This role entails provide assistance to customers in their own home
either for a short or long part of the day, depending on the person’s care
needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily activities like getting in and out of bed, washing,
bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Administer medication following customer care plans and after
appropriate training.
- Support with household tasks such as vacuuming and meal preparation
- Aid customers with shopping and prescription pickups.
- Offer companionship, treating customers with dignity, patience, and
compassion.
Essential Requirements:
- Compassionate, personable, and hard-working
individuals sought.
- Ability to perform various tasks including
cleaning, cooking, and providing personal care.
- Comfortable with mobility support and fluent
in English.
- Possession of a full UK driving license is
essential.
- Flexible availability for full-time or
part-time work.
- Willingness to travel locally to customer
homes.
- Willingness to perform Personal Care duties
such as bathing and toileting.
- Adherence to established policies and
procedures.
- Possession of a current or willingness to
undergo a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check.
