Responsibilities:

• Administers medications and treatments to patients meticulously 
• Accurately monitors and documents medication 
• Conducts thorough patient assessments to identify and relay patient needs effectively 
• Educates patients and their families on healthcare plans, disease prevention, and lifestyle adjustments 
• Collaborates closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to formulate and execute personalized care plans

Essential Requirements:

• Possesses at least 3 months of professional nursing experience in a UK Healthcare setting 
• Exhibits qualities of diligence, adaptability, and the capacity to swiftly adapt to changes
• Demonstrates a commitment for maintaining high standards, both individually and as part of a team 
• Adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Possession of a current or willingness to undergo a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check.
