Senior Care Workers
We're seeking experienced senior care workers to oversee the delivery
of high-quality care in collaboration with Service Users, ensuring their
dignity and individuality are preserved. Responsibilities include participation
in Care Home activities and maintaining a secure environment for all.
Responsibilities:
- Support Service Users with daily living
activities, maintaining the highest standards of care
- Provide guidance and supervision to junior
staff, aiding in their training and development
- Lead the staff team during shifts, ensuring
effective management and comprehensive care delivery
- Attend to Service Users' physical, emotional,
and spiritual needs with empathy and respect, preserving their comfort and
dignity
Essential Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational
abilities.
- Team player with confidence.
- Clear background check and adherence to
relevant policies.
- Capacity to work independently
- Comfortable with mobility support and fluent
in English.
- Possession of a full UK driving license is
essential.
- Flexible availability for full-time or
part-time work.
- Adherence to established policies and
procedures.
- Possession of a current or willingness to
undergo a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check.
- Previous experience with the targeted Service
User demographic.
- NVQ Level 3 in Care and prior supervisory
experience.
- Certification or experience in the Safe
Handling of Medicines
